Outpatient Services

Our staff offers services to individuals in a seven county area in southeastern South Dakota. Our staff consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, PA's, CNP's, Nurses, Social Workers, Counselors, Case Managers, and a host of support staff that make our service posible

Outpatient Services are offered at our main office (605 665-4606) in Yankton, SD, as well as at our satellite clinics in Vermillion (605 624-9148) and Lake Andes, SD (605 487-6082).

Our Services Include:
  • Medication management
  • Psychological assessments and testing
  • Referrals from area physicians related to treatment of symptoms of depression, anxiety, as well as emotional side effects due to chronic medical illness.
  • Individual therapy
  • Commitment evaluations
  • Nursing home consultation
  • 24 hour a day crisis intervention via crisis line
  • EAP services

We strive to offer professional and confidential mental health services, education and consultation to our communities in an effective, efficient manner.
